- Returns must be made within 14 days of your confirmed acknowledgment refund email. (Refunds will be confirmed via email).
- Merchandise must be in its original, sealed, unused condition and packaging items.
- You will receive a return address via email, once the return is confirmed.You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.
- We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
- Please note we do not accept cancellations that are not made within 24 hours.
