These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you'). You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to access these Services. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Legal Terms prior to you using the Services.

What is the difference between raw and virgin hair?

All the hair we provide is 100% human hair and it originates from Vietnam (South Asia). In Vietnam, it is a popular culture for women to cut their hair and sell it (this is known as hair housing), it is an ethical practice that has been happening for years!

Hair that is collected from ONE person only is known as raw hair or “single donor hair”- it is free from chemical processing (unprocessed) and it the best type of hair on the market; renowned for it’s ability to bleach and dye excellently whilst maintaining it’s quality.

On the other hand, virgin hair or “Remy hair" is hair that is collected from more than one donor, or multiple donors, meaning it is usually processed to form strand unity. Our virgin hair is strictly housed from 2-4 donors MAXIMUM, ensuring excellent quality.

How long will my hair last?

How long your bundles remain intact depends on how you care for them. With appropriate care, raw hair lasts anywhere from 3-5 years whilst virgin hair lasts anywhere between 2-4 years. Please see our blog page for aftercare tips.

Will my hair tangle and shed?

All hair provided by InfinityLace LTD is double wefted and cuticle aligned. Meaning the bundles are prepared in way that ensures minimal tangling and shedding.

However, please note that 100% human hairs tend to tangle at the neck where the skin touches the hair due to sweat and other factors. Please see our “combating nape tangling” blog for further information and tips.

What is your guidance on lace?

HD lace, also known as Thin Swiss lace, is recommended for a seamless, natural-looking hairline. This lace type blends well with all skin tones and is considered one of the best options for wigs.

HD lace is extremely thin, giving a more realistic and undetectable appearance. However, it is less durable than traditional Swiss lace, making it unsuitable for daily use due to its delicate nature. Despite this, the thinness of the lace allows it to blend seamlessly into the skin for a highly natural finish.

Swiss lace, while also thin, is much more durable, making it ideal for everyday wear. Most hair companies use Swiss lace because it is long-lasting and can still achieve a natural hairline when customized and color-matched properly. Swiss lace comes in various shades, including Transparent, Light Brown, Medium Brown, and Dark Brown.

At Infinity Lace LTD, we provide HD lace as our standard option at no extra cost. Any other lace type, such as Swiss lace, is available as a custom order.

How long is your processing time?

We have a 5-10 day processing window for all items. However, some orders can be shipped the same day/next day/ available for collection (KENT, ME4), this can be purchased from our STOCKED & READY COLLECTION.

For same day shipping orders/ next day delivery orders/ collection orders please arrange this no later than 13.00 GMT between Monday-Friday.

Shipping Notification: When your hair products are ready to, you will receive an email. This email will include a tracking code giving updates on your package's whereabouts.

How long will delivery take?

For UK customers, packages will be sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed. Please see our delivery page for further details.

What if you don’t have what I am looking for ?

Infinity Lace LTD provides 1B hair lengths from 18-30 inches, these are the lengths we have in stock most and we prefer to stock only the most popular items. Anything outside of this is referred to as a “custom order” and can be ordered in for you. This is also applies to wigs, different color bundles or different lace systems or anything else you do not see on our website. For custom orders please fill our “contact us” form and provide photo/video specifics and you will be provided with a quote.
